Terms & Conditions


  1. 50% of total packages cost must be paid to franchisee as advance by A/c payee D.D/Money Transfer/ Cheque in favor of Sahara Tours & Travels for confirmation, 30 days before the commencement of the tour package.
  2. Full payment must be ensured before package tour starts in Port Blair.
  3. All entry fees, Permit, Boat & Ship Journey Tickets within the Islands are includes in these packages.
  4. Child up to 5 yrs of age will be offered free services but half charges must be paid for every child below 10 yrs of age.
  5. Accommodation offer twin share basis (Double bed and Attached Bathroom).
  6. A/c rooms accommodation available only in Port Blair.
  7. Medical facility will be arranged on the guests own cost.
  8. Advance payment will not be reimbursed if tour program is cancelled by any guest.
  9. Flight tickets are not included in this package.
  10. Agent will not be responsible for delay or cancelled of flight for any reasons.
  11. Atleast 6 persons are required for a package. Other wise working logistics will be difficult for the agent.
  12. Tour program will be changed / cancelled subject to weather condition and availability of Boat Tickets/ Permits/ Tour Tickets.
  13. Scuba Diving / Snorkeling/Fishing/Boating etc. on extra charges. This below rates is not valid during festival seasons.
